What an awesome crowd that showed up to say farewell to Billy Hamill and the finish of his speedway career. It must be really hard to cross the checkered flag for the last time and make that final decision to hang up the suit. Billy has had a fantastic career and it was like a trip down memory lane there at for his farewell event. I saw so many old faces and after reading his program it brought back some incredible memories of our years together in the same teams and World Championships. He really seemed to enjoy himself that day and thanks to all the fans that stuck with him and all of us from day one. I wish him all the luck in his new career back in as well as life in general.

Again, it was a fun day of racing but with some tough, close heats too. It’s always nice for me to go back to because the track has always been one of my better ones in the British Leagues. I have a few fans there too and some who probably still hold a small grudge from the Cradley days!! Ha Ha!

Moving onto the website, you have seen some new things that we have been working on popping up here and there. The new Club 45 idea will be a great one and I hope to catch up with many of you in Room 45 there too. It has taken some time to finish up but we are close now so please keep a lookout and thanks for your patience. It will be a really cool thing! We also have a new range of items for the E-Store which will be available shortly as well. With the change of colors to my suits and bikes, we have decided to make some changes to the colors of the site too so you will also notice that soon.
