Ready for the weekend

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for me with all the hassle of getting my contract back in order in Czestochowa. Poland is also suffering from the Credit Crunch, just like the rest of the world and this has caused a serious downturn in sponsorship etc within  the speedway world of Poland. My club, Czestochowa, had issued me with a 50% cut in pay which of course came as a shock. I had a number of phone calls with Czestochowa and even considered moving to a new club if we could not resolve the issue; however, in the end we did resove the matter.

I have now ridden in 2 official league matches for them and it is going great. I am really happy to be racing again especially with Czestochowa. They are truly a great club! Now I am ready for the GP again!!

The Grand Prix season starts again this Saturday and I am ready for that. It’s all level in the scores for now and I am looking forward to standing on top of the rostrum after the final on Saturday night. My bikes are running awesome and my whole team is ready to Rock-n-Roll.

On the following Tuesday, we begin the season in Sweden and I am also happy about that. Now it will be a little more racing and really getting warmed up for the rest of the year. I am already warmed up but I will say it anyway.
